This policy applies to orders placed on or after October 1, 2026. It does not reduce rights that apply to earlier purchases or rights provided by applicable law.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging where supplied. Include your order number or other proof of purchase. Trying an item on to check its fit is allowed; it must remain in its original condition.
How to start a return
Email terinah114@yahoo.com with your order number, the item and your reason for returning it. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send returns to a manufacturer or fulfillment partner without our instructions. Send the item within 14 days after receiving the return instructions and keep your proof of shipment.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind, size or color return, you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these returns, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent a claim for a defect, and this policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds and exchanges
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If a return does not meet this policy, we will explain the reason and next steps. For a different size, color or item, request a return and place a new order; availability is not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We can cancel if fulfillment or production has not begun. If cancellation is no longer possible, the return terms above apply. Delayed-order cancellation rights required by law remain available.
