Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Availability depends on the items in your cart. Review the final shipping charge before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination. Some clothing and accessories are produced or printed for your order and need production time before shipment. Orders containing products from different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages.

If you need an item by a particular date, contact us at terinah114@yahoo.com before ordering for an item-specific estimate. We do not guarantee arrival by a requested date unless we have confirmed it in writing. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production and order-processing time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Printed clothing fulfilled by Ninja POD

Most Ninja POD items are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days after the fulfillment partner accepts the order. This is a processing estimate, not the date your package will arrive. Carrier delivery time is additional and varies by destination. For an estimate for a specific item, contact us before ordering.

Other clothing, eyewear and accessories

These items may ship from different fulfillment partners. Processing and delivery estimates vary by item, shipping method and destination. The Ninja POD estimate above does not apply to these products. Contact us before ordering for the estimate for your selected item.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with items from different fulfillment partners may arrive separately and may have combined shipping charges at checkout.

Order updates and delays

Keep your order confirmation for reference. Tracking information will be provided when available. If an order is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can check its status. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law when none is stated, we will notify you and offer the required delay-consent or cancellation and refund options.

Delivery details and problems

Please check your delivery address before checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. For a package that is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
